Our Process

Schedule an on-site visit

During an on-site visit we will discuss the different roof systems and determine what works best for your roof project.

Determine the scope of work

Once we determine the best roof system for your project, we can make a list of materials needed and determine a time frame for the project. Any safety requirements will be determined at this time.

Quote

The information and scope of work will be transferred to the quote document detailing the work to be completed for the project, along with price and payment terms and methods.

Schedule project

To schedule a project call, text or email the estimate number in the top right hand corner of the quote with confirmation of the project to be done by K&C.

Site prep

We will set up plywood stands/hang tarps/and tarp grounds as needed to protect your property. All we need from you is a clear driveway and access to a power outlet to run our tools.

Start job

Our roofers arrive on-site and prep your home for roofing with tarps and anything necessary to protect your home and property.

Upon job completion

Once job is complete, a final walk-around inspection will be done by either myself or the project manager. We will contact you to meet up, inspect the project and present an invoice and collect payment.

Warranties

K&C offers a 5-year warranty on labour and will list any other warranties associated with your project.

Payment

After the customer signs off on the completed project, payment arrangements are made as per the terms and conditions outlined in the quote. Payment is due upon job completion or as determined at startup of the project.
