Our Process

Schedule a meeting

We discuss the scope of work, safety concerns and what is required for staging.

Determine the scope of work

Once we are in agreement about what the project entails, we will make a list of what needs to be completed.

Quote

All the information and the scope of work will be transferred to the quote document detailing all of the work to be completed for the project, payment terms and methods.

Schedule project

This service requires multiple visits and is weather dependent. The client is not required to be on-site if the house is easily accessible from the road.

Site prep

We set up staging and protect landscaping, decks, etc. All we need is a clear driveway and access to power for our tools.

Start job

Our masons arrive on the site, lay out tarps, and set up staging as well as address any safety needs.

Upon job completion

Once job is complete, a final walk-around inspection will be done by either myself or the project manager. We will contact you to meet up, inspect the project and present an invoice and collect payment.

Warranties

K&C offers a 5-year warranty on our workmanship. Warranties on products vary as different materials have different warranties, which we will fully explain.

Payment

After the customer signs off on the completed project, payment arrangements are made as per the terms and conditions outlined in the quote.
